Executive Coaching

As individuals, no-one has more impact on the entire organisation than those in leadership positions.

Successful leaders can be distinguished not so much by their command of the entire repertoire of "leadership techniques", as by their personalities. They know themselves and are able to empathise with others. They are motivated by values and therefore act with conviction.

Whether as leaders we are looking to work on personality development, handling personal and professional crises, or dealing with conflicts of values, most of us could use some professional support at some stage.

Our coaching is "values" and "meaning" -oriented, based on the work of the founder of "Logotherapy" Viktor Frankl. Depending on the situation, the themes, and the person involved, it can entail a single intervention or a process lasting several months.
