Projects in practise

Modern organisations need to move smoothly between project-based structures, and more long-term, fixed structures.

Individuals and groups need to cooperate with unfamiliar departments, companies, countries and cultures. Projects are often subject to high levels of visibility. All of this creates demanding situations. In practise important projects often run into blockages because these challenges are underestimated.

What is needed, and often missing, is the creation of a solid foundation of clarity, buy-in and alignment for all those actually involved and impacted.
