Process oriented

Whether a process takes days or months, the unanticipated can and will occur.  For this reason we don’t tie ourselves rigidly to preconceived concepts, but rely on our competence to identify the most effective leverage factors in the developing situation.

Our focus is always on the goals agreed with our customers and we are flexible and experienced enough to integrate changes and challenges into solutions.

Integration oriented

Within a clear framework, we enable the people impacted by development and change measures to proactively shape the process, contributing their stand points, expectations and expertise.

This integrative approach results in a hightened sense of personal commitment and responsibility towards the process, its implementation and the ongoing results.

Experience-oriented

Modern brain research confirms that learning and change occur only where there is emotional involvement.

Our methods integrate intellect and emotion when working on important themes. We enable those involved to gain experience and insight about the issues, about themselves and about others, thus creating a personal foundation for effectiveness.

Values-oriented

Viktor Frankl’s „values and meaning“ based view of human nature, as expressed in his „logotherapy and existential analysis“ forms an important foundation stone of our work and our success.  This approach explains behaviour, whether that of individuals, groups or organisations in terms of the values underlying them (whether these are consciously chosen or not).

Meaningfulness (living personal values in practise) is the motor of human behaviour. To achieve sustainable change we integrate the values which are at its core.

Competence requires experience...

There are indeed management theories which it is worth knowing – some more than others. Our long experience with divers businesses, cultures and environments however, shows clearly: most theories end where the day-to-day realities of organisations begin! That’s why our methods are based on personal experience of those realities rather than on academic theory. They reflect all the situations we have encountered over the years with individuals, groups and organisations.

Fact & reality oriented

One of the biggest „implementation killers“ we encounter is the more or less conscious ignoring of the facts and realities of a situation. That’s why we examine these (sometimes sobering) realities, their implications and the possibilities they offer, dispassionately.

Despite the energising dynamic which develops when we work with those involved on a given situation we never neglect this principle. It is key to enabling the realistic implementation of results.

Opportunity oriented

In our work we strive never to ignore the (sometimes sobering) facts and realities of situations. However, we are not dominated by them! Our role is to use our experience to open up new approaches and realistic opportunities, capable of being implemented in practise. We support this by strengthening the feeling of self-responsibility for results.
