Born in 1958. British, living in Salzburg since 1984, married to an Austrian, two children. Graduate in philosophy, Postgraduate in International Marketing.

Founded own organisation development business in 1992. Partnership based relationships with major international companies for the last 17 yrs. Psychological training in logotherapy and qualified counsellor / executive coach. Outside work, you are likely to bump into Steve in Alaksa or Canada with either a fly fishing rod or a longbow in his hand.
