Common Clarity

Most of the time, corporate decisions are made by people who don’t have to implement them themselves. At the end of a long process of analysis and weighing up of possibilities and consequences, it is clear to the decision makers «why» they would choose that strategy, undertake that restructuring, want that new «leadership behaviors»… hopefully.

When it comes to the implementation, it is often the case that this «Why» is lost in the questions and concerns of the employees. This results in losses due to friction, and it is not unusual for the most reasonable projects to fail.

This is where we come in. We ensure that the facts are put on the table, but the questions and suggestions are heard as well. An enterprise-wide clarification process results – and hence the first step towards buy-in.
